[2020] Skills not working correctly

My shield will sometimes go into cool down and won't come back out of it, and I can't switch it out because it says it's in cool down but it won't actually start or complete a cool down it's grayed out like it's unavailable and it stays like that the entire time I play. the only way I found to get it to come back is to either go all the way out of the game and come back in or to wipe which occasionally works. Also recently when I drop my stinger hive or use my attack drone they just sit there and don't do anything. And when I try to break my hive down it doesn't break down. I've also had the issue where I try to switch my skills out and they won't switch out. Then in the middle of battle trying to use the skills that I'm can't switch out it just switches over to a different skill in the middle of battle without me telling it to do it.
