Nothing like losing your level 40 Hardcore agent to game freezing that have been on going for over 2 months. When is this issue likely to be fixed (not like this has happened before). and yes I know that hardcore is Beta but when it's happening across Hardcore and Normal game play. You only have to see how often it happens when you run in a group to see that you have a big problem.

@jack_jack Hey! Sorry to hear that you have lost your level 40 agent. We completely understand that this is frustrating, however, your agent is saved server-side and should not be lost due to a game freeze.

@anonymus23 Hey there! I'm sorry to hear that this happened to you as well! As suggested by @Ubi-Viral , have you opened a ticket with us to see if we can get that agent restored since this was due to a freeze? If so, would you send me over the case number so that I can take a closer look?
