Hi ubisoft support,
Game was working perfectly fine (no crash / no freeze / no lag) before last (sept-oct) update.
Game gets suspended and crashes after 5-10 minutes of gameplay.

My Specs are:

Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit 20H2
Intel Core i3 10100 10th Gen
Nvidia GTX 1050Ti version 466.77 Dx 12.0
DDR4 2444 Mhz 8x2 GB RAM
256 SSD
1 TB HDD

@pakarmy1337 Hi there!

Sorry to hear you've been seeing these crashes since the last update.

Would you please be able to follow the steps outlined in our PC troubleshooting guide here. These steps should help with the more common causes for crashes, could you let us know if this helps at all?

If you are still experiencing crashing issues we ask that you please try the steps here.

Additionally, some users have reported that disabling the Ubisoft Connect overlay has helped with crashing:

To disable the Ubisoft Connect in-game overlay: Open the three-line menu in the top left corner of your screen. Select Settings. Under the General tab, uncheck Enable in-game overlay for supported games.

If these do not work please send us your system files.

Hey @haywardgb, thanks for your input and sorry to hear about this.

The range of potential causes to the issue is rather broad therefore sometimes certain sometimes may help some, but may be ineffective to others.

To those of you who have completed all of the troubleshooting steps mentioned in thread yet to no avail, do mind that we have a dedicated thread regarding the matter. This particular issue is something that our team has been aware of and are continuously working on.
