I cannot complete the Sigrblot War Efforts Quest. There's 3 reasons I think. First, I have beaten the Alwin player twice, but the War Games sub-quest never advances/shows complete, and I never get to any tokens from Alwin for winning. Second, I have won all 3 rounds with the dual daggers, short sword and dual shields, but again, the Test Your Metal sub-quest never advances/shows complete. Third, when I go do river raids now, no matter how many foreign supplies I grab, they never show on my end-raid loot summary, i.e my foreign supplies never go above 1400. The effect of course is that I'm unable to complete the "river raid for foreign supplies" requirement need to fill the last spot on the War Effort quest completion/status bar (thinking that since I've bought/upgraded everything I can with foreign supplies, and there's no place to spend any of the 1400 I have, does it mean I can't now complete the War Efforts quest as well?)
