[2020] Bug report　fragile armor

Hey Yurusion! Thank you kindly for reporting this bug to us and for sending us this video link. Our teams are currently investigating this error, and are requesting the following information for their on-going report:
- Were you in a solo or co-op session when this occurred?
- Did you have multiple directives active at the same time?
- Where does the issue occur? (Specific Missions, Free Roam, Activities, etc.)
- Does the issue occur on a specific difficulty?
- Does the issue occur only when the armor gets completely broken or only partially broken (how many stacks of fragile armor)?
- Have you noticed any repair skills interfering with the effect of the directive?

Thanks for answering these questions to the best of your ability! I have forwarded this up to the Division team as part of their investigation.

i was reading all the threads about this subject, i will provide with a test case with a 100%repro for the QA team.
1 start the game
2 equip a build with unbreakable and the named murakami kneepad
3 activate 5 directives
4 go and play agains a faction that make damage with the special ammo, true son's/outcast etc.
5 have your armor depleted while having the status effect made from the bullets on you
6 use a medkit and notice the bug.

the bug can happened with more combinations, but ia has a 100%repro if u lose your armor while u are affected by the status effect from thw bullets.
