Do you ever get an error code such as Delta 01 when trying to load into the game with your character when this happens?

I checked your account and can not see any support cases made for you under Fluffy_Man_6969.

In order to help your further with this loading screen issue, we may require a video of it happening and we will need to check your account for certain data, such as character progress.
