Hello. Where can i ask for Premium Credits refund? There is actualy a bug in this title update. I choosed to spend textiles on a outfit and instead of textiles the game charged me with my Premium Credits. This happened yesterday night. :((
I play from PC. Is there any place to submit a ticket for this kind of problems?

Hey there @adicretzu

Like @As1r0nimo said, this is something we're working on already, you may have actually noticed that it's currently not possible to buy certain items with textiles until we fix this issue.

I'm going to add your information to our report on the problem, but keep an eye on the announcements page for an explanation of how we'll handle anything that was lost due to this issue.

Hey guys,

This issue should now have been resolved, but the team are still working on compensating those affected.

To discuss any refunds on credits accidentally used while this was ongoing, could you please open a ticket via our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter and let us know the following >>

  • What item(s) you purchased?
  • What date did you purchase them?
  • How many credits are you missing?


We can then pass this information on to our Game Team to look into. Much appreciated!

Hey there @Saqiw, you will need to fill in all the drop down boxes from This Page, then scroll down to the text box and type a description of your issue. Please make sure that you include every item you purchased, along with the number of credits you lost when you purchased it.

If you keep having trouble with this, let me know.

Hello @GhostAgent14 and @Saqiw thank you for your replies. Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis.

Did you explain to support that you both tried to spend textiles on an outfit and instead of textiles, the game charged you Premium Credits?

We really do need to know what item's it was you purchased with credits by accident and when to be able to thoroughly investigate and cross reference this with the details on your account.
