Hey all, was wondering if anyone else is having issues with not even being able to download the update for PC? I have over 1TB space, internet working with 1k+ download and 250mb+ upload... I even downloaded 2 games as I kept hitting retry on the ubisoft connect trying to download the update for Div 2... Browsed the store on it too... Restarted the app, booted it up as admin, restarted my PC.. Nothing.

@thedogfather6 Hey there! I do see that you've tried various troubleshooting steps to get this update to work, but I also recommend trying to verify your game files as well. Let me know if the patch download begins to work after that!

However, as stated by @Adrian-11 and @vsilverleaf , there is a current issue that came up after the latest patch. If the patch works and you encounter the issue outlined here, don't delete any saves. Keep an eye out here for updates instead!

Hey @avfuse, sorry to hear that the provided steps haven't helped. Could you and @vsilverleaf please try Uninstalling and reinstalling the game for me? Doing this should hopefully push through the next patch.

In the meantime, if anyone else is also experiencing this issue and have already tried the steps above, could you please let me know?

Hi everyone,

Just for clarification, is it showing the download / starting it but just sitting at 0% progress or something? If so, can you let me know where the progress is stopping.

Or is it not showing any updates available but needs one to let you play?

@KofromNz I'm sorry to hear that the game is crashing on top of not running the correct version of the game now. Let me know how that support ticket goes!

As for this issue with the patch not downloading, would you and @AVFuse try running the game and Ubisoft Connect application in Admin. mode?

Hey everyone,

1.12 is correct to see on the main menu. The game wouldn't let you log in to your character if you weren't on the correct version. When you download the game it would download it with the updates available already included.

Regarding crashing issues, I can see an investigation into these has already been opened up previously and is still being worked on.

@avfuse I'm not sure if it shows in-game as I'm unable to access the game myself currently at my location to double check, but if not you would just need to check the forums News and Announcements section where we would post any patch notes or announcements about a TU to see the current one. The last TU was 13.2.
