For the life of me I cannot get missions to open. I select one and there’s none of the usual voiceovers, and traveling to the location reveals them to be closed and non-star table. I’ve tried re-setting global difficulty, re-booting the console, you name it. Anyone else having this problem/have a solution?

I'm sorry to hear this is still happening for you. Can you try joining another players session and returning to your own to see if you still have the issue?
If so, please capture a video showing it, so we can forward this on to the QA team to test and see if they can reproduce this or learn anything from it as to what may be the cause.
