This has happened several times since update 15. Everything else still moves/functions except the character/agent. It freezes and no keyboard/mouse will deal with it. The only out is force crash. Whether this happens before death or after is neither here nor there.

I'm sorry to hear your character freezes sometimes. Can you just answer some questions to help us look into this:
Does it seems to happen no matter what you have equipped?
Does it happen randomly at any time, no matter what you are doing?
Has it resulted in your character dying during combat?
Have you changed any of the default graphic settings? If so, can you also try changing them back to default and see if the issue remains?

Thanks for the update! When the character freezes, have you noticed anything else happen, like the game switching to Windowed mode of potentially anything else not responding on the Task Manager?
By the looks of it, we'll need to take a look at your Msinfo and Dxdiag files to eliminate any possibilities that it's something to do with your configuration, and then report it to the dev team. As these files (Msinfo specifically) contain personal information, though, it would be best to contact us via our Help Website and attach the files, so we can look into the issue further. We've an article prepared about how to generate the files here.
@hpoonis2010 Apologies for any confusion. By configuration we mean both hardware and software, and software can change pretty frequently. Please upload your up to date system files to a support ticket when you get a chance and let me know when that is complete.
