Hi Division Devs,

I am not sure if other players are having the same issues but now and then (XBX Only) my inventory keeps changing from Grid to List each time I log into the game and I have to switch it back to grid every time. I've also been having issues where Ai are very aggressive and Challengingas Heroic and Heroic feels like Legendary and after the maintenance, it will be fine again this happens when Maintenance is scheduled a week longer than we anticipated, you can tell when the game needs maintenance because of how the game is playing behaving and playability. But the inventory issues I have come across this before keep resetting the choice I like a grid view it is a lot easier to view and every single time that I log into my account it switches it back from Grid to List. Any idea as to what is causing this? Has anybody else experienced the same problem?

Hey there @Hefeydd_, I am sorry to see you've run into a few issues.

First, you marked this thread with the tags for Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. Am I correct to assume that you play on both platforms?

For the inventory display issue, has this always been the case or were you able to permanently change the option to be a grid view previously? If this has not been happening to you the entire time, when did it start?

As for the AI issues you have mentioned, you may just be running into specific situations where enemies seem to be performing better or behaving more aggressively, but there are no major changes made to enemy AI before, during, or after maintenances unless they are specifically announced in the News and Announcements section.

For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue, i invite you to check the steps of our dedicated connectivity troubleshooting guide.

This will help check if a sync Issue was impacting the inventory view settings.
