Bought the expansion yesterday when I found out it was released a day early.

It says I have it purchased in the store, and from what I'm reading it says I should've been prompted to download a file. I cant access the download through the ps4 but it says I can play it through the psn website when I access it through my phone.

I tried countless times talking to the pilot and he just keeps bringing me to the warlords paywall, but he doesnt give me the option to buy it again as it's been purchased already.

I bought a physical copy of div2 here in the states, but went through a digital version of warlords also here in the USA. Need help ubisoft we are now on day 2 of the problem

It is only me on this playstation and I do not share anything on this account with anyone.

Hi Nappy17s!

Sorry to hear you having issues with accessing the Warlords of New York and get error when you try to restore licenses. Firstly, please check your PS4 is updated.

If updated, please power cycle your console, which is to turn off your PS4's power completely, wait a minute then power it back up again. Finally, please try rebuild database.

If after all these steps you still cannot access this, please reach out to PlayStation Support to investigate your account and license. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing the WONY expansion. Please check to make sure you are logged into the PlayStation account that you purchased the expansion on. If you are could you also try restoring your licenses as this can sometimes help with DLC issues.

However if the issue persists could you please contact support on one of the following channels and they can look into this for you:

Could you also provide them with a digital image of your game box (front and back) and a screenshot of your transaction for the WONY expansion on your PS4. They would also require an image of your profile screen on your PS4.
