Hi all! 😁
Last night after completing a Ironhorse raid, I was still in the group & party chat though, some people had left.
I basically went AFK to have a cigarette on my front balcony. When I came back inside to the lounge I noticed I was no longer in the game & the game was now on the character selection screen.
To my surprise & horror, not only was my main character gone, tabbing right which the system wouldn’t let me do since all four of my characters are gone, no longer exist. Basically I’ve my account just I have no characters. The game is asking myself to create a new character/ characters.
This has happened once before but only on my main character. After submitting a ticket to Ubisoft support they were able to reinstate my character within 12hrs.
This incident occurred basically 10hrs ago & I still have yet to submit a ticket on this issue. I’m upset, [censored] off & wish the world would burn yet. Because this has happened once before but only on the one character I’m kinda feeling blasé about the whole situation & tbh. I’m not in hurry to submit a ticket, feeling a bit over the game.
In a party chat it was mentioned my Microsoft account might be compromised because after going out & having another cigarette. I walked back into the lounge & [censored]… I see for some reason Microsoft is showing I’m trying to send a message (Yyyy) displayed on screen. Needless to say I grabbed the controller & cancelled the message.
I’ll get around to submitting a ticket to Ubisoft but at the moment I’m just over it. Due to previous experience with recovering one character I already know what hoop’s & hurdles Ubisoft will ask myself to jump. If my characters can’t be recovered I already know I will not return to Div 2. I’m not willing to reinvest in the game to start from nothing. I’ll keep you all posted on the situation but just feeling like I don’t want to do anything at the moment which includes submitting a ticket to Ubisoft support… thanks all for letting me vent 😢

Hey @SmoovejAGs

I see your case had a reply the other day but unfortunately I don't have access to restore characters, only our game team have access to this unfortunately, so we'll need to wait for them to get back to us to let us know if they have been able to locate and recover your characters again. You will get a reply to your ticket as soon as we have heard from them.

Also, please don't post ticket numbers here on the forums, as they are considered private information. I have removed them from your previous posts here. We can find tickets just based on your username, so we don't need the number posting to let us know about it 🙂

Thanks for putting that info in here @SmoovejAGs. Getting as much info as can be remembered about the character(s) helps speed things up a bit if it can be provided straight away.
