I've not seen this reported in the latest TU15 known issues post.
The stacks for the Heartbreaker set are lost much faster than 2 stacks per second, making it virtually impossible to build up stacks with an AR.

Thanks for pointing this issue out. Would it be possible to get us a short video clip that shows it's difficult to build up the stacks with an AR? Once you have the video, you can upload it to any sharing site, like YouTube for example. Share the link here and we'll take a look. Thanks!
