Good day,

I have not been received apparel keys all week not matter levels gained. I have tried the log out log back in listed in some posts.

I'm sorry that you haven't been receiving any apparel cache keys! Just to check, are you seeing notifications that you're getting keys and then they aren't appearing in your inventory, or are you not seeing any notifications at all? Also, would you be able to provide us with a screenshot showing the rewards track? Finally, please give these troubleshooting steps a try and see if they help.

As stated by @gamecrusher447, the event ended on Nov 8th so the keys can not be earned anymore.

Hey there @PSON, I'd like to suggest a few troubleshooting steps for the crashing you've run into.

Go ahead and start with our basic troubleshooting guide for PC.

After that, I would recommend also clearing out the cache for Ubisoft Connect, then disabling the Ubisoft Connect overlay.

If you keep having crashing issues after that, open a support ticket with us

Once the ticket is open, attach copies of your basic system files to it.
