In most scenarios when a kill is made and the loot is in a spot where an agent can't get to the drops magic over to your position.
This is not the case for the latest manhunt bounty target Bantam who stayed on the top of some scaffold at by the wall just under the john f kennedy lettering, barely doing anything (an issue in itself) leaving me no choice but to take them out there.
Loot dropped up there and couldn't be claimed. More than likely because the mission would open up gates and give access but the bounty versions are cropped so this is yet another one that hasn't been tested fully.
