While attempting to make a 4% armor regen build, I noticed that the NinjaBike Backpack does not seem to grant the brand set bonuses when equipping Gila Guard and Belstone brand gear. So far from my testing, it appears that Golan seems to work however.
Hey there @Tuff_Nacho, we're aware of a few issues with the NinjaBike bag.
I can suggest a workaround to try and force the set bonus feature to work with anything. If you equip the bag or a set item and notice that the bonus does not activate, unequip both things, and then re-equip them and fast travel between DC and NYC. This should force the set bonus to activate!
Please keep an eye on the news section of the forums for any info about when the issues with the bag might get fixed!
