Just also noticed an issue with my account/character where the SHD watch, whenever i receive the scavenging bonus/reward, it doesn't actually increase my SHD calibration count.
I believe its happened after the last update. Two characters has same issue. I have verified my files but no success. Please advise the solution.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not getting the calibration count. Is this whilst you are playing on a secondary character, or is it happening on your main/only character?

@Swarnzii following on from Noxious' advice, do you consider this the solution and would you agree this explains why your SHD calibration is not being adjusted?
Any images you can provide of your current level and SHD levels would be appreciated for any further investigation.
