this talent is aplyed when a status is aplyed ,gives 50%extra damage and duration and it works well , until you use something that spreads the status like eclipse or creeping death , in that case the talent gets used in the transfers but does nothing to the status that triggers it, damage and duration stay the same and we get a nice cooldown to top it off.
feels like a bug to me , either make the thing apply on transfer or only apply on fresh new status so the player doesnt feel robbed twice.
