Sorry to hear that your character has gone missing! Please note if your character was a hardcore character, we are unable to restore these. Also, deleted characters are only stored for 30 days after deletion. After that, they are wiped from the servers and are not recoverable.

If your character was not hardcore/deleted 30 days ago, you will need to create a ticket so that our team can help look into restoring the character for you.

@vull2808 Hey there! We are unable to assist with character restoration over Discussions. However, please create a support ticket with our support team and they would be happy to assist with this. Please keep in mind that if it has been more than 30 days since the character went missing then we are unable to restore them. Our apologies for any inconveniences caused by this.

You'll need to open a support ticket through the link that we supplied before in UbiSushiVamp's post. Make sure you set the information drop downs to match your platform, game, and reason for opening the ticket.
