I can't run the game all of a sudden. The screen goes black, and after a few seconds, it boots up but with high CPU and RAM consumption. 5 hours ago I was playing without any problem. This happened to me now trying to get in. I don't know why, don't install or update anything. I also don't have anything running at the same time. It is completely frozen on the initial screen of the snow drop.

Have you tried following our troubleshooting guide ? It should help you resolve the issue.

I'm sorry to hear that the troubleshooting steps provided by @Ubi-Cintre didn't fix the crash issues you're facing in The Division 2. So we can further look into this for you, could you please send us your system files? To send them to us, I have created a support ticket for you, which you'll be able to access via our Support Website. The system files we will need are your DxDiag and MsInfo.
