[2023] Answer The Call Not Working

Xbox Series X
SHD Level 940
Map>SHD tab = All
Map>Matchmaking = Answer the Call active

Every time I turn on the Answer the Call feature, I never see nor hear any calls for help. This can be in DC or NY. I can leave it on for an hour or so and still nothing. I even removed D2 from my console last night and reinstalled thinking that might have an effect. Still nothing. The only thing I have seen on the SHD tab is does say Shepherding Status = Not Active. If I go to Settings>Gameplay it shows Answer the Call = All.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Do other matchmaking functions work alright?

When was the last time you were able to successfully connect to other players via this?

Does the issue persists after updating the game to TU17?

If it does, would you be able to test if, by connecting your console to a smartphone wifi hotspot, the issue persists?
