Every time I try to claim Basim's Outfit, the "Claim for Free" button just gets a loading symbol on it like its going to claim it but then it just says "Claim for Free" again and it isnt in my claimed rewards.

@fervantfuture01 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues claiming the Basim outfit from Ubisoft Connect.

Can you please provide a video that shows you trying to do this on your Xbox One. After recording a video can you please login to the Ubisoft Connect website via a PC, laptop or using the Ubisoft Connect app on a mobile device and try claiming the reward that way to see if it works.

@abisai1978 Thanks very much for letting us know you were facing a similar issue! Now that you've seen the items were indeed added to your game, if you now go back to the item on Connect, does it still show as not claimed?

@FervantFuture01 Would you be able to double-check if you have the items in-game, too, after having pressed the button, even though it doesn't show as claimed?

If the issue persists, our teams would like to use details from your progress on Assassin's Creed: Valhalla to continue looking into the issue. Please make sure that your latest save has been added to the Cloud (it will have a cloud icon next to it). This step will allow us to use your save files for investigations.
Could you also send us a video of this issue, please?
