[2020] Nemesis blueprint bug

Nemesis blueprint doesn't drop for my second character with 4 parts in the inventory. Here's how the bug happened.
I got Nemesis blueprint with one character and stashed the crafted Nemesis. Then switched characters. Since the rifle was in my stash Inaya offered me upgrade blueprint for it. After I got upgrade blueprint I cannot get craft blueprint to drop. I've tried 12 times solo and groupped different difficulties, 4 parts still in inventory and no blueprint.
Any solution to this?

Hi KotoTheMage! Thank you for the report. If you were to put the rifle back in the stash and on the first character, are you able to get the BP to drop then?

This does sound like it could be a bug, as it might have skipped a step if it offered you the upgrade blueprint. I'll report this to the team.

Hi insaineyesay!

In this case, please use another character and take Nemesis blueprint from the stash, so it is not on your main character or the stash. On your main character you should be able to hunt for this.
