When Fragile Armor directive is on, using armor kits does not remove the broken stacks;
Completely dying and revived or getting wiped seem to reset the broken stacks to zero;

I dont know why no one else reported this or even noticed this bug at all, but it happens quite often when i play with my friends. Turning on Fragile Armor directive for missions and open world will penalize you whenever your armor is depleted, and each time will display red broken stacks next to the armor bar. Up to 4 broken stacks can be levied on the agents, and in order to remove the stacks, agents must use armor kits, with each armor kit used removes each broken stack.
At first i thought it had to do with Gunner class armor kit bonus, but it is happening to my Survivalist class as well. I put my effort to capture videos, so please review and fix as soon as possible.
