story unplayable after i leave area with the queen, i blow the cave wall and she goes outside i can turn quest in and get the queens gambit and she is frozen in place and if i save there and go back she spawns under the map

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue with "The Queen's Gambit" to us, and I am sorry to hear that Richardis is either getting stuck in place or appears under the map if you reload another save.
This issue sounds slightly different to the one discussed in our megathread for Richardis getting stuck after being rescued, so I won't merge it just yet while I investigate further with you. If it does prove to be the same issue however, I will merge the two.
Could you possibly provide a video showing the issue you are experiencing, as well as provide an image of your quest log showing your active objective? Which platform are you playing on as well please?
