The issue is on the keeners watch it shows a -2700 points and i cant get new field recon points and also shows a -35000 ceramics and can't level up in experience .. and when i tryed to use some points the game kicked me out with error!

Hey there @radoe-ksa1992

While there are a few issues I know of that can cause certain resources to go negative, this particular instance is a bit new to me. As a result I'd like to gather some basic info from you and see if I can get this escalated.

  1. Did you run into any crashes or disconnects recently before noticing your ceramics and recon data went negative?
  2. If you gain ceramics or recon data during regular gameplay, does the negative number change at all?
  3. Do you see the same negative numbers from other menus, or os it only on this choose rewards screen?


Finally, these steps may be something you have tried already but since it is possible these numbers are being caused by the game reading certain files incorrectly I would recommend running through our full PlayStation 5 troubleshooting guide. Let me know if anything changes after following those steps!

As far as our team has been able to work out, this is also happening erroneously in situations when materials are meant to be added. Either way, the error is indeed unusual, and I'm confident our team will be doing what they can to investigate.

While this is still being investigated, I would appreciate it if you could take an updated screenshot showing your current materials count. If you have multiple agents, please take a screenshot while looking at your materials on each one, just in case there are any differences in the count.
