Hi, as there is no support available I'm gonna write it on the forums.
A few minutes ago together with my team we did the whole Iron Horse raid without any player dying but the "Flawless distinction" commendation did not pop for us.
Nobody disconnected during the raid. Some ppl went on their knees but hives picked them up. Unfortunately we've got no video recording from thi - gonna try it again this time with recording on.
I suspect the only thing that might have triggered it is that one player joined us while we were in the raid and we did not reset the raid.
So for anyone trying to do this commendation I suggest you should remake the whole raid team before entering the raid - every time you try it (just to increase the chances of this bug happening to you).
