Sorry to see you two have been having some trouble with staying connected in Countdown.
Have you ever been the person who gets disconnected like this? If so, did you receive a connection error code, or was it a crash that caused you to disconnect?

Thanks for getting back to us, that's certainly interesting - has this instance of 1 person leaving and seemingly bringing the others with them been something you've seen happen more than this one time?
@TimesLostArc - we have investigations into freezes during Countdown matches but more in relation to certain circumstances, such as when interacting with the final loot cache.
Is there any consistency in when these crashes / disconnects happen for you too?
There's another question we could use an answer to regarding this issue, so I'll tag both people involved in the thread.

Are you able to make any contact in-game, through chat or anything like that with the people who get disconnected before the disconnect happens?
Also, if at all possible do either of you have more screenshot examples showing a disconnected sub group? There is some info I'd like to gather up about the people who are disconnecting so I can get it reported up.
