My internet connection is great for everything, stable 1Gbps in a speed test. It just disconnects randomly and frequently in the evening. No disconnections happen in the morning/afternoon. My teammate from another city of Ukraine does not experience any issues in the same time.
I want to add, that my pc does not loose the Internet connection at a time I get disconnected from the game.

With it only happening in the evenings, and this is generally the primetime hours where Internet traffic is going to be busy either in your household and (as mentioned by @ArnudSwazaneger) the local area, it could just be that this is an ISP issue, so you could contact them about it and see what they say.
I would recommend going through the connectivity troubleshooting here, including the port forwarding steps.
Something else that you could try if that didn't help or if you don't want to use your VPN, is to configure your network settings to use Google Public DNS. You can follow their guide here on how to do this and give this a go.

@BLOODBERG , if you do happen to speak to your ISP about this, we'd welcome an update on what they say. I'd recommend speaking to them for assistance in setting up your router in the way we'd recommend, as linked by Ubi-Froggard - since every router is different, your ISP is best placed to talk you through features like port forwarding and UPnP.
