[2021] [RESOLVED] Cannot report to Stowe and Erke after investigating the temple in "Walls and Shadows" | POST HERE

Hello everyone,

Thank you for reaching out to report your issues with reporting to Stowe and Erke after investigating the temple in "Walls and Shadows". I have created this megathread separate to the original one about being unable to complete the investigation of the temple, as it is now apparent that these are two distinct issues and it would be best to investigate them individually as such.

Regarding this specific issue, the devs are requesting that we collect save files from affected players, so that they can analyse these and attempt to reproduce the issue in more depth. If you play on PC or PS4, it would be much appreciated if you could submit your saves to us in a support case or via Live Chat, and then quote your case reference number here in this thread so that I can go and fetch the files to submit them to the devs!

For those playing on an Xbox console, Google Stadia or Amazon Luna, a video of the issue would also be very useful to us. It is proving a tricky one to isolate so any insight into possible reproduction steps or the impact of the issue would be great to obtain.

@lorcanjpt Thanks for your reply! You can record on your mobile phone if you're unable to record on your console directly - the only thing I ask is that you ensure the full screen is visible and legible, and there are no reflections that might obstruct what the developers need to see (e.g. sun glare).

From what I know Stowe and Erke should be available to interact with at the villa after the quest, so if you can navigate there and show that they're either not present or you can't talk to them even if they are, that would be ideal. Thanks!
