Hello @Tyranmedic thank you for getting in touch with us and thank you for trying the troubleshooting. We ask players to perform our troubleshooting as the bluescreen errors CE are known as console errors, so there may be a corrupted game file on your console that needs fixing, this is usually done by clearing the cache by power cycling the console and rebuilding the database.

As none of this troubleshooting has helped you so far, can you let us know if there is any pattern when these crashes occur? Are you playing for a certain amount of time or taking part in a certain game mode? Do you have any other characters you can test if this affects too?

Thanks for the reply @Tyranmedic I will report this to our Division team to see if they can replicate it on a PS5 platform and we will do our best to keep you updated on any findings and any other suggestions they may have for you to try.

We may be in touch with further questions to help us investigate this, in the meantime could you let us know if you are using a physical disc version of the game and what region it is (you can upload photos of your game disc and game cover if you prefer), or if you are using a digital version of the game, as this is something our QA team like to know for console investigations.

On the game cover case, on the spine of the case where it says Tom Clancys The Division 2 (side), can you tell me what the 5/6 number alphanumeric code is underneath the black Ubisoft logo? As this is your region code that may be useful for the team to know?

Thanks Tyranmedic just above that number, does it have an alphanumeric code such as CUSA 12345 and if so, what does it say for you?

Heya @Tyranmedic , thanks for this additional information - I'll pass that on.

Our team has asked us to ask a few additional questions about this, to help us get to the bottom of the issue. Can you answer the below for me?

  • Those three players you were in a party with - do you know if they all play on PS5?
  • You'd mentioned these blue screens were happening before as well. Do you recall when they first happened?
  • The crashes that happen when looking at the leaderboards - are you grouped up for those as well?
  • Do the inspecting and leaderboard crashes have the same error message?
