Hi,

Depend on the cpu speed to process the phisyc of the game and also depend on the amount elements on the map.

There is default speed to be playable on super high speed pcs but the speed get balanced to be also playable in slower pcs, because every pc has its own speed.
There is no a way for players to control the game speed.

All the people who have bought the game in early access will have the campaign mode for free and of course, after the full game release we will continue giving support to the game and improving every thing we can.

Related to a Deluxe Edition or something similar, this idea is in the Dev Team's mind, maybe we will have one with some addons and extras, but it is like a future project. We will see.
