Hey guys,
Im having troubels with the trackmania editor.
The game works fine but when i try to get into the editor to creat a map or a skin, the game just crash on the loading screen.

When i get on the skin editor to creat a skin, the game crash on the loading screen as well but with a blue writed message : "device removed (driver internal error) Intel(R) iris(R) Xe graphics"

Im running it on windows 11, I7, intel iris Xe graphics. Iv got the latest gpu driver and windows update.
I have already tried :

  • reinstall ubisoft and trackmania
  • "verifie files" of trackmania on the ubisoft launcher
  • windows 10
  • earlier gpu drivers
  • run as an administrator
  • firewalls off
  • TdrLevel in register editor


Do you know how to solve it ? Does the problem come from the gpu driver ? Or is the trackmania editor not compatible with intel graphic cards ? In my opinion its a shame because iris Xe should be able to handle 3d

Hello @exilltm thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear of your game crashing when using any of the editing game modes.

It looks as though you have tried some extensive troubleshooting to resolve this, but I would ask you to make sure to unistall any mods you may have installed with the game, as well as run through the following guide and check any steps you have left to try rule out a few other things >>

Should none of the steps resolve your issue, can you please send us your dxdiag and msinfo files so we can pass this on to our dev/QA team to take a look at, as it could very well be an issue with compatibility with the graphics card, so we would need to confirm this.

Thank you for reaching out, although please take care not to revive old, inactive threads and please consider opening your own where a current one isn't available.

As for the crashing issues, may we please know the specs of the PC you're using (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS, Laptop / Desktop)?

I would also advise changing your name as we don't typically allow usernames including the 'Ubi' phrase as this can cause confusion with official staff.
