Hello.

WhenI put my computer to sleep, once I wake it up, services that were launched are taking a few seconds to connect to the internet again.
However, whenever I launch Trackmania after waking up my computer, the game says I'm not connected to UPlay, even though I can use all other UPlay services and games I own.

To use trackmania online, I'm forced to logout and log back in to UPlay.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hey Crumble_Z,

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this up.

This is quite interesting fine you have here. I assume this issue doesn't occur after you fully shut down your system, is that right? Also, does Trackmania still fail to connect after you wake up the PC from sleep mode and disable/re-enable your internet connection?

This occur does not occur after a complete shutdown indeed. Which kind of makes sense since I have to re-connect to UPlay prior being able to launch Trackmania.
I tried to disable and re-enable my internet connection after waking my computer from sleep, but this doesn't help trackmania with identifying my UPlay credientials. I still have to logout and and log back in.

Since this seem to be internet-related, I don't think a dxdiag file would help. But if I can be of help with any diagnostic tool, I will gladly oblige
Thanks for getting back to us Crumble_Z! It seems more like a disconnect from the game servers rather than a connectivity issue on your side. It is to be expected that services will take some time to reconnect as Windows is re-establishing it's state from when it was put into sleep mode.

If you are no longer playing the game for some time it may be best to quit the game and then put your computer into sleep mode. If this is not an option I can only advise to keep your computer on if you want to keep the connection established.

I will however pass on your feedback in regard to this.

If I have missunderstood the issue I do apologise also.
