Just to make sure I understand, are you unable to view the current Track Records on certain maps?

Please give the steps in our guide a try and let us know if they help.

If you can possibly upload a video of this happening or perhaps upload your images to a file sharing site, such as imgur then post the link here, we will be able to see exactly what you see.

Also, what type of maps do you usually encounter this issue on, or is it a particular game mode?
