[2022] New UI Issue - Splitscreen view missing for player 1

Hello @STORM-GLumo thanks for getting in touch with us about this issue in split-screen and sorry to see you have encountered this.

In order for us to investigate this, can you let us know the exact model or peripherals you have connected for player 1,2,3,4 when this occurs?

Are you also able to link us to your PC's dxdiag file so we can check drivers and any other relevant information that could help our QA team replicate this issue? Please see our bug reporting post here for how to generate and send us this dxdiag file > https://discussions.ubisoft.com/topic/116095

As for the split-screen keybinds for separate controls you also mentioned in your thread, I checked for an update on this topic but our developers confirmed this is working as designed, and so this issue has been documented as a feature request instead of a bug.

Thank you for these files @STORM-GLumo I will send them to our QA team and open an investigation into this splitscreen player 1 view missing issue.

Thanks for also letting me know of this second issue of one gamepad and one keyboard controlling one car, instead of two cars. I know the button remaps would remap the keys for both controllers. I've tested split screen myself and found that I couldn't control separate cars with keyboard and one with the controller, I am unsure if this is intentional so I will reach out to our Trackmania team for answers, and I will update you when I know more.

Hello again @STORM-GLumo I have an update from the Trackmania team who confirmed that local coop split screen is not playable on keyboard and controller, which is why you are only able to control player 1 at the moment.

In order to play local multiplayer split screen correctly, all players must use a controller. I've made a note of this for future reference and I've created a feedback to ask if one day we could have keyboard controls available for split screen also.
