Hi,
I have the same problem since I installed the game.
From the start of the game, I get pink/red screen on TM loading screen, epilepsy warning and finally home screen. Also, I can only see left half of the screen at all times.
Funny thing is, when I do a print screen or snip with snipping tool, it looks normal and it has full screen visible (not only half screen like I see it on the monitor). So, I recorded video with my mobile phone (sorry for the bad quality) just to be able to explain how it looks for me:

I noticed that it looks normal when I switch to integrated graphics, so I figured that something is wrong with my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphic card, drivers or settings.
However, the game is not really playable on the integrated graphics due to low FPS.
What I tried to do to resolve the issue:
- did a clean install of the GTX 1050 Ti latest driver
- did a clean install of TM
- tried different screen resolutions and screen options (full-screen, windowed, windowed border-less)
- tried optimizing game settings with GeForce Experience software
- tried original TM settings
Whatever I tried didn't help at all (sometimes I just get white screen when I launch the game). Other games work fine on my GTX 1050 Ti (SW Battlefront 2, TM United Nations, etc.)
Not sure if needed, but here is the rest of my configuration:
Intel i7-7700HQ
8GB RAM
Windows 10 Education 64-bit
Integrated graphics: Intel HD Graphics 630
Any suggestions or ideas are welcome. I really don't know what to try next.
Thank you in advance.
