[2021] [Crash/Freeze]Training maps crash when loading in

Hi SpstcPotato! Welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear you are running into this issue when launching a training map. Could you tell me if you receive any error messages when this happens and does this happen only when launching a training map?

Thank you for the update,SpstcPotato. I would try verifying your game files and also going through our PC Troubleshooting Steps to see if this will help remedy the problems you have been encountering when loading into training maps.

If you have already tried these steps, could you possibly upload a clip recording yourself loading up any training maps, to a video hosting website such as Imgur or Youtube, then send us a link to view it, please?

in case it matters spec is AMD Ryzen 5 4600 with Radeon 5600M Gfx, all fully up to date with drivers and updates and no other apps in background bar epic game store launcher and steam client running. live and winter 2021 work fine , just training maps. Done Verify a few times to no avail.

Otherwise, are you able to capture a clip of you attempting to load a training map?
