[2020] FPS dropping

Hi there, sorry you are still experiencing these FPS drops in game. While I understand you may have already completed some of these steps, could we ask that you have attempt our basic troubleshooting steps as outlined here.

If you are still receiving this error after completing these steps, could you please provide your system reports as advised in the FAQ guides below :

As you have tried those steps I think we may need to take a closer look at this for you.

For this it would be great if we can see your system files, to do this you can open a case using this link.

Once here you can attach you system files to a case, we need your Dxdiag and Msinfo
