I'm sorry you're getting disconnected! Did you find that clicking "Play Super Royal" helped you reconnect like @Twitch-Schwabba suggested? If not, can you let me know what if any error codes you're encountering?
I would also advise the following troubleshooting to try and prevent further disconnect issues!
