[2023] Game Crashes on Map Load

Really sorry to hear about these crashes, @ThanatrixX!

Just to clarify, does this freeze and subsequent crash happen regardless of the map you're loading? For instance, do you crash loading Campaign or TOTD or both? How about when loading a map from the editor?

I know you mentioned several troubleshooting steps already, I appreciate that! One step I don't see you mention that we would like to try is disabling background applications. Please give that a shot and let me know if that has any impact on the issue.

Gotcha, thank you for the update and the extra information! That's interesting that it's freezing at a different time with maps in the editor, thank you for letting me know that.

Just to cover our bases, can you confirm if you've tried the following steps as well? These will ensure any supporting files are reinstalled which can help with freezes and crashes.

When the game freezes, does it become completely unresponsive until being restarted? Or does it freeze for a while and then eventually unfreeze and load the map? And do the freezes occur even when starting Ubisoft Connect and Trackmania as admin?

I don't have a machine at hand to check the game myself, but it may be that there's no support folder.

Sorry to hear those steps haven't done the trick though.

May we please know what drive you have the game installed too and if it's the same as Ubisoft Connect?

Have you tried checking your in-game graphic settings too, or limiting the game to 60fps (if you don't already)?

And could you please run a System File Check too, as this will look for and repair any damaged OS files.

For testing purposes, could you please install the game and client onto the same drive?
