[2023] Game always crashes while booting.

When I try to boot the game it always crashes at the black loading screen after the first green loading screen that says "please wait"
I already completed all the steps in the  basic PC troubleshooting guide + I tried reinstalling the game.

Here are my PC specs:
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz  3.79 GHz
RAM: 32 GB
OS: Windows 10 Home
PC: Desktop

I have this problem for a week now, I am desperate for help, thanks!
