To resolve this can you please try the following >>

• If using Open Planet or any other mods, please uninstall and delete from the game files
• Try verifying your game files withing the game launcher > https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000060529
• If the previous steps do not work, please try a full reinstall of the game on your hard drive, after first uninstalling and deleting any leftover folders

A dedicated GPU equivalent to a GTX 660 or higher is required to run the game, anything below this will run into issues attempting to properly run the game.
