Hi, my issue is pretty straightforward: my game crashes without any Windows / Ubisoft Connect error message or anything else, when I click "OK" in the rendering menu, just before what would be the video codec selection menu.
I've tried lowering the render settings / video settings and verifying the game files, to no effect. I've had this issue since the game came out but at the time it didn't really bother me. This crash doesn't occur when I choose the WEBM format, and it also doesn't create any LogCrash file.

My PC specs just in case:
RTX 2070
i5-9600KF
16 GB RAM

Hey there,

Welcome to the Forums!

You noted this doesn't happen when using the WEBM format - may we know what formats are leading to crashes?

Please also give these further steps in our guide a try and let us know if there are any changes

Thank you!
