Whenever I try to leave TOTD map reviews (Or whatever you call the map reviews for TOTD in the 'create' tab) It will log me back into the reviews and when I leave then, I can do something else. If I close the game to try and prevent this issue, It will open TM2020 again and go to map reviews. Does this happen to anyone else? I've already verified game files, and I typically don't have another input device like a controller plugged in.

Sorry to hear that your game keeps logging you back into the map reviews automatically after closing it out. Can you please go through the steps in our FAQ here?
If the issue persists, it would be great if you could record a video that shows you closing out the game, launching it again, and being back in the map reviews. When you have the video, you can upload that to YouTube or any sharing site and post the link here so we can check it out.
