Been involved in 3 events since the 2020 release (ZRT, Gameward Cup and OGL) and each time without fail, whenever the mappack is reset from the warm up/waiting for players to join the server onto the first round/first map warm up, the game crashes for me consistently. It happened on each event listed above, it happened on round 1 and 2 of OGL this saturday just gone and it also happened in the first live round of OGL.
My game is on the lowest settings, with strong hardware, there's no bugs or corrupt files on my end that could possibly have caused this, and so it would seem the server issues are the cause of this.

Having trained a month beforehand for OGL, ranking 60th in the world leading up the event, I was expecting low gold/high silver minimum as my placement in the qualifying stage, however because of the aforementioned server issues, I ended up 400th (ish) and bronze league, playing against people who had no idea how to play the identities and taking the slow/safe route every time. It's a huge insult to be forced to play in this setting, for something completely out of my control and not something that I could have prevented personally and feel like I shouldn't be cheated out of a competitive event by this. It's pointless for me to even compete in the bronze setting because it's a guaranteed first place every time and there's a total lack of competition amongst the players in the league. Logically, been put in too low of a league as the result of server issues during qualification. If you need further information, it was qualifying server 7 with legu18 as the qualifying stage leader. The post is a request to have the situation looked at and hopefully fixed (both the league position and server issues).

Also side note, I had no idea this forum was the "official" method of communicating until Magnetik pointed it out in an instantaneous reply informing my discord PM wasn't the approach, totally professional, quick response, fair play I learned the communication rules of Nadeo.
What isn't okay is sending a message, that Nadeo employee coming on and offline at regular intervals throughout the day, and ignoring the message for 3 days without even an hint of respecting that someone has sent them a message and acknowledging it. Being THAT rude is uncalled for, and if you can't be courteous/at least redirect the person to official channels or say something quick + simple like "haven't got the time to reply, speak to X sorry", I worry that the team can't hold that high of a professional standard of themselves if this behaviour is deemed acceptable within your circles.

Hello! I'm sorry to read you've faced some crashing issues in-game, especially during events. We will help in any way we can.

To start, I would like to ask some questions -

- Do these crashes only seem to happen during events?
- Do you have any idea if other players on the server are also affected?
- Do you receive any error message in particular?
- Would it be possible to provide a link to your crash reports, if any were created? They can be found here by default: C:\Users\USERNAMES\Documents\TrackMania\LogCrash

Once again I am sorry this happened to you. It is currently difficult to determine why the crashes occur, but we're here to help you find out.

Regarding your experience over Discord - This is not something I can comment on or investigate as it is not regarding Ubisoft Support.

I wish you all the best!

Hey there,

Thanks for the updates!

Can you please confirm the current hardware specs of your PC?

As well as confirming if you've tried any troubleshooting steps such as performing a Clean Boot or Verifying the Files?

While I understand you've noted this happening elsewhere, I'd also like to confirm there aren't any possible factors at play in your situation such as conflicting programs.

Give those steps a go and let us know if there is any change at all to the game's behavior.
