[2020] Game doesn't progress after loading screen, stuck in spectator view

So, I have no real idea why or how this happens, since some days when I start the game and try to join the servers it works just fine, but then other times it gives me this problem. Right now every time a new track loads, or I restart the game and join a server it loads everything up perfectly, it does the little overview of the track before you start driving but when it's supposed to switch to your car, it just stays on the last frame like in the screenshot below. I have tried reinstalling the game, starting it through both Uplay and Epic Games, but neither of it seems to consistently work and it just shows up randomly.

Thanks for reporting this to us. Do you have any video of this issue you're able to provide please? If you don't if you do run into this issue again would you be able to record something showing what's happening you can pass on then? If I can also ask you to ensure you've attempted each step suggested here please

Hello everyone!

First of all, thank you very much for the video. I have reviewed it and that is indeed strange behaviour.

Just before I report this issue I would like to gather 1 more piece of information, as we may struggle to reproduce this in a testing environment.

Can you please list your computer's hardware components? I'd like to check the game's minimum requirements are met and there's no bottle neck causing this to happen.
