Could you please make sure that you complete all of the additional steps in our PC troubleshooting guide?

If there's still no changes, then could you please open a case via our Support Site and attach your DxDiag and MSinfo system files?

With them, we'll be able to take a closer look into what else may be causing the game to crash and get you back up and running.

Sorry to hear that you are also having the same issue and that your game has been crashing so much lately. Please make sure to go through all of the steps in our FAQ here as these steps can help resolve many of the common causes of games crashing. If the issue persists, you may want to go ahead and uninstall/reinstall the game. I'd suggest reinstalling the game and Ubisoft Connect on the same drive, preferably your OS/C drive. If you need to back up your saves, this guide will walk you through how to do that, and here are the save file locations for the game.

If you tried all of these steps and are still having this issue, please create a support ticket and upload a copy of your MSInfo and DxDiag files so we can take a closer look into what could be causing the game to crash like this.
