[2020] Secondary Respawn (Instant no speed respawn) Broken since update

Everything is in the title, the "Secondary Respawn" that make you respawn instant but with 0 speed is broken, you now have the "ghost animation" of the car comming into the cp before your car respawn like a double "normal" respawn tap.


I'm obviously pressing Secondary Respawn button on this video (that SHOULD Instant respawn my car, but doesn't as you can see)
